It has clean rooms and EXCEPTIONALLY NICE location close to the centre of the city and Promenade des Anglais.

Location was perfect, right in the center of everything and close to the beach. The air conditioning worked well, which was much needed in the hot weather.

The apartment felt dark and lacked natural light, making it a bit gloomy during the day. Additionally, several light bulbs were not working, which added to the lack of brightness.

The host is welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and ensuring a pleasant stay.

One slight drawback is that the apartment has only two windows facing an interior yard, which limits natural light. However, it compensates with sufficient lighting and lamps.

The shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it didn't hinder our overall experience. the lack of English TV channels was a minor inconvenience.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Place Massena, the Old Town, and the beach. Plus, the nearby tram stop and bus stop made exploring other cities easy. The apartment also had convenient charging ports and a lighting control system, adding to the overall convenience. The bedding and towels were of hotel quality, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. Despite the narrow bed, I found the overall comfort to be satisfactory. A white curtain in the bedroom would have been a welcome addition, though. I highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Nice.
